4. Registration and User Account

5. Doctor Responsibilities

6. Patient Interaction

You must:

7. Fee Structure & Payments

Dr Portal may charge service fees for use of the platform, which may include:

  1. Commission on consultations.
  2. Subscription or listing fees.
  3. Promotional packages for visibility.

All fees will be communicated in advance. Payment non-compliance may result in account suspension.

8. Platform Usage Rules

Users shall not:

  1. Attempt to hack, modify, or damage the platform.
  2. Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  3. Host any third-party content without consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

14. Doctor & Patient Ethics

Doctors and patients are strictly prohibited from engaging in direct offline consultations initiated through the platform without routing them through the system. Any meeting or appointment must be tracked and booked officially on Dr Portal.

14.2 Professional Conduct
Doctors must:

  1. Act ethically and legally during all patient interactions.
  2. Not solicit or suggest treatments outside their expertise.
  3. Maintain professionalism in language, recommendations, and advice.

Patients must:

  1. Communicate respectfully.
  2. Avoid bypassing platform procedures for personal gains.
  3. Not demand unethical or unlicensed medical assistance.

14.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

  1. We reserve the right to monitor consultation patterns and communication.
  2. Any attempts to bypass the platform, solicit personal contact, or violate medical ethics may lead to:
    • Immediate suspension,
    • Blacklisting,
